Hidden Inlet Resort is located inside the Misty Fjords National Monument
on the Pearse/Portland Canal. It is the only commercial operation within the Monument's millions of acres. It
is located on the site of the historic Hidden Inlet Cannery. The Cannery was located here because it is where the
fish are. It is also a deep safe harbor. We are located 50 air miles southeast of Ketchikan. We are accessible
by water through the famous Inside Passage or by air over the scenic Misty Fjord National Monument. Either access
will include sightings of whales, orcas, mountain goats, black bears, brown bears, seals, deer, eagles and many other
types of wildlife. A visit to Hidden Inlet is a trip into Alaska's wilderness and history.
